Illuvium can be found in few exchanges, and you can also use Uniswap, but you will find high ethereum commissions to buy it, ranging from $50 to $300 for just buying the cryptocurrency. Therefore, the best option is to use the centralized Exchange gate.io that has this cryptocurrency listed.
The first thing we have to do is to deposit funds in our gate.io account. In order to have funds in gate.io, the best option is to send them from another Exchange, since the platform does not have the option to buy cryptocurrencies with credit card or wire transfer. For this, I am going to use binance, and I am going to send tether (USDT), since it is the cryptocurrency we are going to need to buy Illuvium.
In my case, I already have USDT in my binance account, if you don’t know how to buy it, I’ll leave a video below so you can watch it. With the usdt, we go to wallet, spot wallet and click withdraw.
Now we must go to gate.io, and go to deposit. Here, we click on the tron/TRC-20 network, as it has the lowest commissions and only costs one dollar commission. Copy the address and paste it into binance. Once in binance, enter the address, the tron network, trc-20 and the amount to withdraw the usdt. We confirm with our email and cell phone, and that’s it. Remember to indicate the trc-20 network to save on commissions and not have any problems.

You take on the role of a survivor of an intergalactic space fleet transport ship, investigating a puzzling distress beacon. The planet’s core emits a strange radiation that the beasts exploit to grow, mutate and unleash deadly attacks. Some Illuvials are easy to find, others are incredibly rare. They are found across a vast landscape. The radiation itself emits a non-organic pulse that seems vaguely familiar. There are over 100 Illuvials to find and collect around the world, each with unique abilities. They form symbiotic relationships with each other based on common affinities or classes, called Synergies. Through a system of hybrid synergies, Illuvials are stronger when they work as a team in the Battle Arena, so be sure to collect synergistic pairs to maximize your chances of victory.
Different synergies create different bonuses for your team, allowing you to outperform your opponent, even if they have Illuvials with more raw power than you. Fusion allows you to merge several Illuvials of the same type into a more powerful beast, with different attributes, sometimes belonging to a completely different Class or Type. Remember that some Lines of Illuvials are very rare and hard to find, which makes their fused form even more difficult to discover.
Prior to the launch of the game, $ILV holders can opt to stake $ILV to access the liquidity mining program (a type of “yield farming” that has become popular with DeFi protocols where founding teams seek to decentralize governance of the protocol).
