Now if we go into more detail on how to buy OMI, in this case with Bitforex. The first thing to do is to create an account, and deposit funds into Bitforex.Â
The best option is to transfer USDT (Tether) from Binance or another exchange. If you want to buy and deposit dollars or euros and transfer them to USDT, you will be charged a higher commission. If you don’t have an account with Binance or any other exchange, my recommendation is to create an account with Binance here, deposit EUR, USD or your currency with your credit card to get it instantly and buy USDT. Once you have the USDT on Binance, click on withdraw and withdraw to the Bitforex USDT address.Â
You can do this via ERC20 (Ethereum) or BP20 (Binance Network). It is best to use BEP20 because it is much cheaper in commissions.Â
If you have copied the Bitforex address correctly, you should see it in your wallet in a few minutes. Once you have the USDT in your wallet, you will have to click on transfer, and transfer all the USDT to your spot account.Â
The spot account is the account to buy and sell different cryptocurrency pairs, and you must have USDT in the spot account to be able to buy OMI.Â
