How objects work in BinaryX

Welcome to this post, where we are going to see everything you need to know about the items in BinaryX.

The items in BinaryX allow you to increase your attributes and have a better performance in adventure mode, where you can use different equipment on your hero for 24 hours.

Types of items

Currently there are many different items in each hero. Where we find that we can equip:

Weapon
Armor
Ring
Gloves
Bracelet
Boots
Shield
Amulet

Many items have a hero requirement and are only compatible with one or a few specific heroes. While other items are more generic and you can equip them on any class. We also have different weapons, depending on the type of hero you have. For example, in ranger we will have to equip a bow, in the case of a rogue a dagger.

The attributes given by the objects are random, where you can find the same object with different attributes between them.

We also find in the Marketplace different rarities in the objects, where we find legendary, epic, rare, good and common. Each rarity being better than the previous one and with different types of objects, and usually with better attributes, the higher the rarity.

Inventory

In inventory you will be able to see the items you have obtained or bought, and you will be able to equip your heroes. Note that an item can be used on only one hero every 24 hours. After this time, you can equip it to another hero without any problems.

Also, note that if you have your heroes in the gold mining, you will not be able to equip your hero. To do so, you will have to remove it and you will be able to select it and equip the items for the adventure mode. Once you equip your heroes, you will be able to see the extra attributes you get with the equipped items.

How to get items

There are two main ways to get items. In the adventure mode fighting you can sometimes get items, in addition to Gold and BNX. Although it is totally random and sometimes it can be difficult to get good items in low adventure levels.

The other way is using the Marketplace, where you can find many items, and very cheap those that usually come out more and with worse attributes. In the Marketplace is the best way to get really good items to have your heroes well equipped and to have good results in adventure mode.

Attributes

Items can give different attributes, although there are usually certain attributes characteristic of each type of item. For example, with armor, you will usually have better constitution and armor. While weapons, usually give strength or intelligence if it is a mage’s weapon.

Selling your items

You can also sell the items you have obtained and do not use in the Marketplace. To do this, we must click on inventory and onchain backpack. You will have to transfer your items from inventory to onchain to sell them in the Marketplace and you will not be able to use them while they are in onchain. To do this, if you click on onchain and backpack, select the item and click on move to my wallet and confirm in your wallet. After a few minutes it should appear in onchain.

Now you can go to market, item market and click on sell. Here, in contract address select items and in token ID you should be able to select the object you have sent to onchain. If you don’t know what it is, you can go back to the onchain panel and inventory and click on the item to see the ID. With the ID selected, click next, select the currency, either BNX or Gold and the amount, click sell, confirm in your wallet and you are done. With this you will have your item for sale, and when it is sold you will receive directly the BNX or Gold in your wallet, minus a commission charged by the Marketplace of about 5% per sale.

I recommend you first look for the item you have, and sell it at a similar price to those you can find with similar attributes to not have your item in the Marketplace and no one ends up buying it.
