How to Withdraw Avalanche (AVAX) to your Wallet: Step by Step

Welcome to this post, where we are going to see how you can withdraw Avalanche to your wallet and use it in any exchange or DEFI platform.

For this, we will use Binance and Metamask, Binance is the most used exchange and the one I personally use, but the operation is the same or very similar in other exchanges you may use. If you want to follow the step by step guide, you can create an account with binance just below.

Metamask is the most used wallet, and you can use the Avalanche network without problems. Also if you use another wallet with the Avalanche network, you should not have any problem.

From Binance to Metamask in Avalanche

If you already have Avalanche purchased in your Binance account, the next step is to withdraw it to your wallet. To do this, go to wallet and spot wallet on your computer. In the case of using the mobile, search for the Avalanche cryptocurrency and click on withdraw or withdraw.

On the computer, in the spot wallet, search for avalanche, and click withdraw. Now you will see the panel to withdraw the cryptocurrency. Here, we must open our metamask, and click on the top, under the name, where we will copy the address of our wallet. With the copied address, we go back to Binance and paste it where it indicates address.

We continue with Network, where we will indicate the AVAX C-CHAIN network, if you want to use Avalanche in its own network and in the Avalanche DEFI platforms. If you want to use Avalanche in the Binance Smart chain, in network we will select BEP20.

Above all, make sure that you indicate the correct network to avoid confusion. With the network, we only need to indicate the amount we want to withdraw. In the case of the AVAX network, the commission per withdrawal is 0.01 AVAX, and in the BSC it is 0.0043 AVAX.

With the information confirmed, you just need to click on withdraw, confirm the confirmation codes and after a few minutes, you should see your Avalanche in your metamask wallet.

Configuring Avalanche in Metamask

If you don’t see it, check that you have the Avalanche network configured in your metamask wallet. If not, go to the top right, and click on settings. Click on networks and add network.

Copy the following information:

  • Network Name: Avalanche Network
  • New RPC URL: https://api.avax.network/ext/bc/C/rpc
  • ChainID: 43114
  • Symbol: AVAX
  • Explorer: https://cchain.explorer.avax.network/

So, if you click on the networks above, the Avalanche network will appear. Click on it, and it should show the Avalanche you have sent through Binance.

This way, you can have your Avalanche in the AVAX network to be able to use all the DEFI applications and platforms like Wonderland, among many others. I hope this has helped you to withdraw your Avalanche without losing them along the way. Remember that, if you don’t have an account with binance, you can create one just below.
