Best professions in DEFI Kingdoms

Welcome to this post, where we are going to see the different current professions in DEFI Kingdoms, and what you can get with each one of them.

You will be able to see that each hero has a profession, if you click on the flip card of a highlighted color. This doesn’t mean that your hero can’t be used in other professions, but he won’t have as much advantage as a hero that has that specific profession. Aspects such as the amount of stamina consumed by quests, rewards and experience in the profession are aspects that affect the use of heroes that do not have that profession highlighted.

It is possible that there will be changes or new functionalities will be added to the professions. Therefore, I recommend that once you finish reading this article, you visit the official website to see if there are any changes.

Which quests or missions are more worthwhile?

In DEFI Kingdoms, the first thing we found to use our heroes was the castle quest. You can still participate in it, on the map, by clicking on the fountain that is in the castle.

This mission or quest consumes stamina, just like the missions of the professions. Therefore, a very common doubt is where it is more worth consuming the stamina of your hero.

From what we have been able to see, the rewards in profession quests are much higher, in addition to the experience you get. Therefore, unless they make changes to the castle quest, it is currently much more profitable and you will get much more resources by doing profession quests, even if your hero is not their main profession.

How to do profession quests

Before going into more detail on each profession, we have finally been able to see the 4 professions implemented to use our heroes. But sometimes for new changes, in the main game you will not find this option yet. Therefore, you will have to access the beta to be able to participate in these missions.

If you have never logged in, simply instead of game.defikingdoms in the url, you should go to beta.defikingdoms.com. Note that the beta has more risk and everything you do in the beta happens in your wallet, so any exchange or action, is how to perform it in the normal game.

The main difference is that the beta serves to add new features before they are finally implemented in the game and that the team behind the game can analyze the problems that may have these new implementations. Therefore, we have been able to see the different profession missions in the beta before they were finally implemented. So, if there are any profession missions that are not in the main game, I recommend you to look at the beta to be able to use your hero if it is his main profession.

To participate in quests, it is as simple as clicking on the profession you are interested in. Click on start quest, select your hero, indicate the number of attempts you want to make and click on begin quest. Now confirm in your wallet and that’s it. Once your hero finishes the quest, click on complete quest and confirm in your wallet. And then you should see the rewards you have achieved in those quests.

Which profession to choose

Now that you know how to participate in the profession quests, you may have doubts about which profession is better if you are thinking of buying a hero. The reality is that they all have a different function, and it is difficult to highlight one over the other. Therefore, let’s see what you can expect in each of them.

Fisher

In Fisher you will be able to perform missions with 5 stamina per mission if your hero is a fisherman and in case he has another profession, the cost is 7 stamina. The rewards you will receive are different fish, as well as the possibility of getting DFKTEARS and DFKSHVAS, as in all profession missions.

Basically with a hero fisherman, you will be able to perform 5 missions every 8 hours it takes to charge 25 stamina and get different fish with different rarities. The fish can be exchanged for other tokens, or for gold or Gold in the Marketplace. The fish can be used to make potions, but this functionality is still under development.

Forger

In forger you will be able to perform quests with 5 stamina per quest if your hero is a forger and in case he has another profession, the cost is 7 stamina. The rewards you will receive are different types of plants and rocks, as well as the possibility of getting DFKTEARS and DFKSHVAS, as in all profession quests.

Basically with a hero forger, you will be able to perform 5 quests every 8 hours it takes to charge 25 stamina and get different fish with different rarities. Plants and rocks can be exchanged for other tokens, or for gold or Gold in the Marketplace. The rewards are used to make potions, but this functionality is still under development.

Gardener

This mission is somewhat different from the forger and Fisher, which are basically the same but change the type of objects you get, in one fish and in another plants and rocks.

In the case of gardener, you will be able to increase your JEWEL rewards from your LP Tokens that you have in gardens. You can also get JEWEL if you don’t have any LP Tokens, but the rewards are much lower.

Here, you must select an LP Token from gardens, and your hero will consume stamina while on this mission, which usually lasts much longer than the others. Once he has consumed all the stamina, you will be able to complete the mission and get JEWEL, some items like plants, and DFKTEARS and DFKSHVAS.

The amount of JEWEL you get depends on the amount of LP Tokens you have in gardens. Therefore, it is a mission or profession, focused on maximizing the benefits for people who have LP Tokens. Although even if you don’t have them, you can still get some JEWEL.

The rewards are not really high, but it is a way to get JEWEL and other objects that can also be used to make potions.

Miner

The miner mechanism is very similar to gardener, where your hero will spend several hours or minutes in the mission to finally get the reward.

Unlike gardener, here you will have two options, mine JEWEL or Gold. Mining Gold will give you an amount of Gold or gold every time you finish the mission. Mining JEWEL is used to unlock JEWEL. The locked JEWEL you have from LP Tokens. IF you don’t have LP Tokens or JEWEL locked, it’s not really a worthwhile trade. But if you have done farming with LP Tokens, you will be able to unlock an amount of the JEWEL you have locked in your wallet.

Summary

As you can see, there are two different types of missions, Fisher and forger with a more resource format, and gardener and miner with more focus on getting JEWEL or unlocking it. Depending on aspects such as if you have LP Tokens, you may be more interested in the first two professions or the last two. Keep in mind that all professions give you resources that will be useful in the future, either to make potions or for other aspects within the game. So, although it may seem that you get fish or plants that have little value, in the future you will be able to use these objects to improve in the game.

I hope it has helped you to know in more detail how the different professions work and which ones can be more worthwhile. Remember that if you don’t have an account with binance, you can create one just below.
